Vendor Program Terms & Conditions

You must be the manufacturer or sole distributor to become a Vendor. You may not resell another company’s products through the vendor program.

All product descriptions must be 100% unique and accurate.

You must own the pictures that are uploaded onto our site

The Vendor must supply a minimum of 5 stock items per product upon sign up.

The Vendor must maintain a balance of at least 2 stock items per product in our warehouse at any given time to keep your brand listing active. You will be notified when stock is running low. Repeat offenders that allow stock to run out will be removed from the site.

The Vendor must supply all products in ready to sell appropriate packaging.

The Vendor must replace any stock that is received damaged upon arrival to Love Thyself warehouse. We will notify you within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods to our warehouse.

The Vendor must replace any stock that is defective or incomplete upon the customer receiving the items. E.G If you sell moisturiser and the customer opens it to find a dry and crusty paste which is not how the products should be.  Failure to do so will result in the automatic deduction of commission to cover the cost of refunding or replacing the item to the customer.

All products must meet with Australian Standards and meet Australian regulations.

Love Thyself Australia reserves the right to decline Vendors and specific products.

Love Thyself does not warranty claims. If the product is defective e.g. it a light that stops working, you will need to this replace this for the customer.

All images upload by the Vendor the Vendor must have full rights to use.

Love Thyself Australia reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
