Over the years, Dr Cate has worked with many clients who wished to lose weight. A common issue, that often gets in the way of health and wellbeing, is ’emotional eating’ (EE). In the EE-Free program outlined in the book, common questions are answered, and many practical ideas to overcome EE are shared.
The ideas incorporated into the program stem from various therapies (including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, narrative therapy and hypnotherapy), and Dr Cate’s extensive experience.
