Ginseng Tea

Ginseng is a widely used ingredient and herbal supplement quite popular in Chinese medications. It has many benefits to the body including strengthening the immune system, improving our brain functions and reducing stress and fatigue. Soak 2 ginseng tea in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes. You may add a little honey to add flavour to the mixture. This remedy can be taken twice daily for up to 3 months.


Oregano Powder/Oil

Oregano is known to be packed with powerful antioxidants and helps fight off bacterial infections. It’s no wonder that it also helps in boosting our immune system. For your daily intake, use a teaspoon of oregano powder and soak it for a few minutes in hot water. If you want more flavour, just add a little honey. Filter the powder and drink the liquid mixture immediately. Do this once or twice daily. You may also use oregano oil and add it to your favourite dessert or meals.


Green Tea

I’m sure there are lots of us who love green tea every day. Green tea is also rich in antioxidants specifically designed to protect our system from free radicals and fight certain viruses and bacteria like flavonoids and polyphenols. To prepare, use a teaspoon of green tea or a single tea bag added to hot water and wait for it to soak for 5 minutes. Filter the powder or remove the tea bag and add a bit of flavour with a little honey if you wish. It is best to drink green tea once or twice daily in order to see good results.
